Không thể chuyển đổi tiền tệ theo vùng
Dù đã tra đủ mọi cách, nhắn tin lên cả trung tâm hỗ trợ nhưng vẫn không thể chuyển đổi được tiền tệ theo vùng. Ngay cả trong phần "Tips for app" cũng đã có hướng dẫn chọn more/setting nhưng ko hề thấy phần nào là chọn thay đổi tiền tệ hết. Khi đăng nhập trên web thì đc còn dùng app có tìm thế nào cũng ko biết cái phần đc hướng dẫn trong "tips for app" nó ở đâu để đổi. Muốn mua theo tiền tệ và thanh toán theo nước sở tại cũng không được, thực sự rất bất tiện. Trước đây thì mình thanh toán và dùng bình thường nhưng gần đây tự dưng mới thế, tất cả chuyển thành tiền Việt. Đề nghị công ty xem lại app mục chuyển đổi tiền tệ.

ứng dụng quá tệ khi thanh toán tiền mua vé , xác nhận mua vé nhưng bị báo thất bại , nếu tôi đồng ý chuyển tiền trong tièn khoản ngân hàng mà ứng dung lại không xác nhận được vé tôi đã mua , lại tiếp tục yêu cầu chuyển tiền . không biết có bị lừa đảo ở đây hay không ?
dịch vụ quã tệ hại
đặt vé thao tác lên xuống đều báo lỗi trong khi không có vấn đề gì liên quan đến giấy tờ . đặt trực tiếp giá cao hơn 20-30% khi mua qua cò . app sinh ra để làm gì .? 2024 rồi vấn chiết khấu cho đại lý . cò % cao như vậy thì sau đi Vietjet cho khẻo
