データのバックアップ方法
便利に使わせていただいています。
録音した大事な音声データのバックアップをMacに転送したいのですがどうすればよいでしょうか？iTunesでアプリの管理をしなくなったとのことで、新たな方法を調べても見つけられずお聞きします。よろしくお願いいたします。
Touch ID やFace ID登録は危険
iPhonexs と iPadpro第二世代を使ってます。
ともに最新OS14ですが、iPad proの方でiOS11の頃から愛用していましたが、iOS14が出た頃にセキュリティを高めようと思って touch IDとFace IDをアプリ内認証に設定したらクラッシュするようになり、保存したデータを開けなくなりました。
もう一度開けるようにするには再インストールしかありません。
iPadproではcloudにデータを保存していなかったため、データの全損を引き換えに再インストールいたしました。
iOS11対応なのでそれ以降のバージョンではtouch IDやFace IDを設定せずに使用することをお勧めします。
起動しなくなった
iOS13.2になってから、起動時にTouchIDで認証しようとすると、必ず落ちます。iPhoneもiPadも同様です。このアプリ上でTouchIDの設定をしていなければ起動出来ますが、一度TouchIDの設定をしてしまうと、二度と起動しなくなるので注意が必要です。アプリが起動しなくなるので、TouchIDの設定を外すことも出来なくなります。アプリ自体は重宝していて、よく使っていたのですが、それだけに大変困っています。早急な対応をお願いします。
