対応をお願いします

今回のアップデートでガーディアンとSOSの設定項目が消えました。
設定したガーディアンの数値変更、SOSの通知先の設定をしたいため、早急に対応をお願いします。
※消える前にガーディアンに仮設定した低い数値が有効になっており、デバイスに通知され困ってます。

再起動、インストールし直しの繰り返し

装着して3日目ですが、他の方も仰る通り、上記を繰り返し、やっと調子よくできることを確認し一日中アプリを起動させて使って好調でしたが起床すると心拍、エネルギー、気分だけの測定に戻りました。朝から何度もやり直していますが、最初は良くても2日分のデータをダウンロードし、細部項目を閲覧して戻ると、先の3項目だけに戻っています。酷いと心拍のみです。定価4万ですよね？…vyvoJapanに問い合せていますがもちろん返答なしです。vyvoビジネスに騙されているのかと思うほど。しかも本体に付属する取説は、簡易版で使用方法を記載したホームページや動画、サイトなど一切なし！ヘルプも使えず…どういう商品を売っているのでしょうか…アプリがちゃんと使えれば問題ないのですが…不整脈を抱えているので測れる時はすごく便利なのですがこれでは不安です。

期待に応えて欲しいけれど・・・

先月vistaを購入し、使用しています。
結論として、期待外れとしか言えません。ハードウェアは気温センサ、pm2.5が正常に動作せず、11° 62AQI（恐らくデフォ表示値）しか表示されません。
アプリとしては、他レビューと同様に特定の項目が表示すらされていません。
自分も睡眠、心拍数、カロリー、気分、しか出ていません。
再インストールすれば一時的に直ったようにみえますがすぐ元に戻ってしまいます。そもそも対処法が再インストールって面白い冗談ですよね。
いくらBC、BDと流行りの技術でカッコつけても基本がなっていないのであればその技術すら疑わしく思います。
価格に見合った製品、サービスを提供していただけないと「やっぱApple Watchにしておけばよかった」と思われるだけです。
