Weird sub

The sub itself is fine however sometime the sub doesnt load at all, it says that my connection is not good but i can load a freaking video fast. Idk what happen to this app.

Subscribed but Can not watch VIP contents

I’ve contacted the wetv facebook Thailand page regarding this issue since the faq pointed me to contact them on subscription matter. At first they reply and said will contact the team (I have no idea what team they’re talking about, tho). Half of month passed and I’m still no VIP member, I’m contacting them again asking about the same matter and they’re just read my message. Then a month has passed, on 22th Wetv billed me again but I’m still not a vip member, which mean I’ve spent something on nothing. Could you please do something about this? Thank you in advance.

Subscribed but could not watch VIP videos, Could not load video

Subscribed just to watch one of the VIP series. It was working fine then suddenly one day the subscription status was gone. When click next episode, it keeps asking to subscribe again.
I checked my apple subscription, everything was still active.

On top of that, today suddenly even free videos don't load. It keeps showing that the video is downloading very slowly (2~4kbps) but no matter how long I waited, it never loads.

So frustrating
