I started using a Withings ScanWatch Light, and I love it! I bought it as a treat for myself after reaching my goal weight, and the watch and app have encouraged me to be more active. However, some of the settings often revert to default (?) modes unexpectedly. I’ve sometimes pressed the crown on the watch to start recording a walk, only to discover that the only option I can choose is “cycling”. This completely defeats the purpose of having the easy record function. The notices from third-party apps keep on disappearing as well. I’ve set the notices up so that I don’t miss incoming messages on Teams or calls on WebEx, but sometimes I notice that my watch hasn’t vibrated, and discover that the notices for these apps (and others) have been disabled. I really love the watch, but if these issues remain unfixed, I may need to consider migrating to another platform.
