チャット機能があると助かります

なかなか使いやすいのですが、チェックインをオンラインでしたら、その後の滞在中に必要なものをリクエストできるチェック機能があると、コロナ禍では特に助かります。ご検討くださいませ。

不具合？

アップデート以降、ログイン出来ない。何故？

今度は登録した住所が反映されてない。予約するたびに住所を入力しないといけない。
また同じホテルでもお気に入り登録から選択すると良いが、以前利用したホテルからそのホテルを選択すると謎の外国のホテルが選択される。
グランドハイアット福岡は常宿なのですぐに改善してくれ。今すぐ！！

この度のアップデートでも登録住所が反映されない。
レビューも無し。だれもこのアプリに興味ないのね。
