すごく便利です🫶🏻

毎日使ってます。今年で3年目…
PFCバランスもしっかり管理できるし、自分で食べ物を製作?できたり、レシピなどよく食べるものは記録することもできます。

ただよくアプリ自体が勝手に再起動してしまったり…バグが多い気がします😭
(自分だけかもしれませんが…)
バグでは、サインアウトした状態?になってしまい、半日くらいアプリ自体を立ち上げることができない状態になったりしてしまい、カロリーや栄養素を計算しないと食べ物が食べれない自分にとっては、とても焦るし困ってしまいました…💦💦

とても重宝しているアプリなので、、バグが少なくなるといいのかなぁとか思ったり。。

…でも今後もたくさんアプリを使用させて頂きたいと思ってます♪

食事記録のアップデートに期待してます

様々なアプリを使ってきた中でワンタップだったり操作の手軽さは、とても気に入っています。

ただマイフィットネスパルなどの食事記録に使いなれていたので、バーコード検索で日本のコンビニや外食系、プロテインなどの元データが他のアプリに比べるとかなり少ない点、あっても登録内容に乖離があり食事記録がかなり手間に感じ使う事から少し利用から離れてしまいました。

登録内容に誤差がある要因は、おそらく手打ちで既存商品を登録する際100gあたりか100mlのどちらかしか選べない為、100gに換算して入力しているものと、既存商品に記載の一人前、または⚪︎gあたりをそのままいれたデータが入り混じっているからかと思います。

今まで使用していたアプリでは、日本のデータも多く既存商品であれば栄養計算がしやすいので食事管理ができたのですが、それができないと毎日使う意味がなくなってしまう為、それ以外がとても良かった分ぜひアップデートに期待しています!

ディストピアの住人向け!

お菓子を作るんじゃなくてお手軽にレコーディングダイエットがしたいだけなんだけど、

どんな食材、料理でもグラム単位でしか入力出来ず、サクッと調理したくてもこのアプリに入力する為には厳密な計量が必要になってしまう。

レタス1枚何g? シシャモ1匹は何g? 味噌汁は具有り無しどっちの何g? 麦ご飯は押し麦もち麦どっちの何g?

調理前にいちいち厳密な計量をして自炊しなければならない、という巨大な障壁が出来上がってしまうので、それが必要ないディストピア飯、ペレット100gとか決まった量しか食べられない住人には最適。

食事関連に関しては、あすけんの方が始め易い。小鉢一杯分とか一掴みとか大雑把なサブ表現があるので目分量で食材の量を計れる。

と言うか、食材関連がダメだとカロリー栄養素計算の機能が使えないので、用途なしアプリだ。アンインストールするわ。
