amazing but…

This is app is perfect and has many styles i hope people enjoy, but one thing is when they prices are little bit to high :( but not too high for it to be unaffordable. overall this is just an AMAZING app highly recommended!

Costomer service : bad

You cannot chat the seller. Its my 1st time to buy in this apps and I am so disappointed. When I purchased my item it says 1 available stock and ready to ship the next day after payment ( May 10, 2020) and after my payment made , its been 2 days but my item not shipped yet until today .I tried to chat and ask help but the pnly robot doesn’t even can answers my queries. The customer service is too bad! I must go back my other reliable shopping apps I used to shop for years that can chat the seller on real time and good customer service . So Disappointed on my 1st purchase.
You can’t see purchase infos inside the apps and if you need, you need to go to their website wich is so time consuming.
The developer must upgrade their apps to be a good shopping experience to customers.

The shipping is the worst

They took too long to process the order, as well as the shipping take too much time. I have been purchased twice from them and have been waited at least 1 month for my items. The worst is when some item don’t show up for shipping, they keep me waiting for about 3 week to notice me, then informed me that the item is not available. They offer full refund, still this mean that it might took me another month just to get my item. Never again i will shop from them!
