無事届きました。
日本人の方のレビューを拝見し、届くものの１ヶ月くらいかかっている方が多かったので急ぎでもないし気長に待っていたところ、12/26に注文したものが1/4に届きました。追跡状況が一向に更新されなかったので心配でしたが残るパーカー以外の小物は簡易包装ではありますが、傷もなく受け取ることができました。届かないといった声も見かけますので、運営の迅速なご対応を期待したいところです。レビューにはサクラと思われるコメントが多く、実際にこのアプリを使用したユーザーなのか判断しかねるので参考にして頂ければと思います。

最悪です👎The Worst Swindle Website👎
結論から書くと、常人では考えられないほど劣悪な会社です。梱包も表面にススのような黒いものがベタベタと付いていました。
クレジットカードや住所の情報など取られて終わりと思うのがいいでしょう。
まず存在自体はInstagramの広告で知りました。ファッションを色々と勉強していた頃に出会ったので、彩りや形のいい物が、日本の10分の1以下の値段(💲)で売られているのを見て驚きました。
詐欺かとも思ったんですが、実際に1回目の購入(複数購入)では、(小さなアナの開いたズボンもありましたが、)なかなか質の良いトップスも届いたので、初めはかなりアタリのサイトだと思いました。
しかし2回目の購入(複数購入)では、種類問わず、全ての商品に明らかな欠陥がありました。縫い目が極端にズレている、糸のほつれがあちこちに露出しまくっているのは定番で、酷いものでは袖が捻れていて腕が通りませんでした。ズボンに至っては、左足だけ裾が完全に塞がっていて、指一本通らない始末でした。中国かどこかの最低クラスの格安工場で、適当に製作・梱包でもしているのでしょう。
実際に問い合わせ(チャット形式/英語)をしたところ、対応自体は非常に丁寧を装い、商品の返品も可能との事だったのですが、返品しようにもどこに送ればいいとの指示はなく、結局「送り返さなくていい。返金はする。」という返事でした。まぁ原価もほぼ0でしょうから分かります（笑）。
まとめると、たしかに中にはいい物を扱うケースも稀にあるようですが、そんな商品は結局日本の相場と値段変わらずです。まず間違いなくゴミが届きます。形式上、商品を発送はする所がまた腹が立ちますね（笑）。関わるべきではありません。

Zaful is extremely ridiculous!
I’ve been waiting for 2 months but still could not recieve what I ordered. Next I’ve been waiting for them to check my account for refund, and then they said that my account was not eligible for refund. So it was eligible to pay the bill but was not eligible for refund??? That’s extremely ridiculous!
Finally, I lost my money and could not recieve what I ordered either! Thanks Zaful! You taught me a lot!
