返品交換対応が早い、無料に感動
便利すぎて感動しました。
アプリで返品交換も簡単に手続きできてこれからいっぱい利用する！と確信しました。
今回初めてアプリから購入してみました。
まず一点からでも送料が無料なのも驚いたし、
商品が届いて思っていたよりサイズが小さかったのですが、普通なら交換の手続きが面倒でそのままタンスの肥やしになりかねないのが、購入履歴から簡単に手続きできました。
しかも48時間以内に佐川の人が取りに来てくれて、それと同じタイミングで代わりのものが発送されたと通知がきて…
お店に返品に行くよりも気楽だし
最悪返品できる！と思えば新しいファッションにも挑戦しやすくなるし、ZARA様々だな！と。
ただ、アプリ内の検索方法がわりと簡素です。
こだわりがあって、この丈のこういう素材の…っていう人は合わないかも。
あと画像でわかりにくい点とかも多々あります。
それも含めて届いてからの楽しみとして
これからも利用したいなと思いました。

今回は配送手続きの速さに感動したので感謝を込めて星5個です！
良い点・不満点
先ず良い点から。商品に関しては人により当たり外れあるのでしょうが、個人的には妥当です。ファストファッション、海外のともなれば良くも悪くも納得のクオリティです。ZARAではコートをよく買うのですが、流行り廃りのないデザインがあるのが嬉しいです。雑に扱わなければ数年着れますし。返送料無料もほぼリリース当初から行ってますが、このご時世でこのサービスは間違いなくどこのオンラインショップよりも秀でています。ちらっと店舗の店員さんの対応について書かれてる方がいらっしゃったので一応…原宿店は混んでなければおすすめですとだけ書いておきます。
次に不満点ですが、商品が見辛いです。お洒落なレイアウトやモデルさんの動画・写真は見るだけならまだしも、ショッピングする為に見ている身からするといらないかなという感想。重くなったり他の方も書いていますが音楽が切れたりすると見る気が失せます。あとは毎日のようにアップデートが必要なのってどうなのかな？って感じです。
不満点ではないですが、他の方のレビューを読んで気になった点を追記します。(11/23)
キャンセルに関しては私自身が上記の理由から返送料無料だしいいやくらいにしか考えてないのと、キャンセル前提の注文はどのショップでも基本無理なことが多いので評価に入れません。ただ、キャンセル可と記載してる以上、しっかり対応してほしいという意見は尤もかと。
以上長々書きましたが、今のところは不満点が良い点を上回る事がないので☆4です。
