It’s hard to remember now, but there was a time, in the not-too-distant past, when people didn’t utter the phrase “go on mute” every single day. That’s just one of the ways Zoom has changed the landscape/society/fabric of space-time; what started as a videoconferencing app for business has become our go-to way (and word) for connecting with people in other places. Zoom’s meteoric rise came due to timing and circumstance, sure, but the app has met its moment with an elegant design, reliable performance, and constantly evolving features. But in the end, its real meaning is bigger: Zoom keeps us connected with each other.

コロナ禍の時世に、オンラインの結びつきが求められる中で、まさにピッタリの必要に叶ったプログラムを作成してくださり、ありがとうございます。
私は、幼い時から家族で、同じ志しを持った仲間達と共に、毎週欠かさずに集まり合って、互いに励まし合い慰め合うことを習慣にしてきました。が、3密を回避し、命を大切に扱う為に、会館で集まり合うことができなくなりましたが、貴社のzoom のアプリのお陰で、会議システムによって集会に参加できるようになり、zoom での参加に移行するに当たり、一度も途切れることなく、meeting が開催されました。
また、先日は、ブレイクアウトルームを用いて、アフタヌーンティー・ブレイクタイムをして、お茶会も友人達と共に楽しむことができました。一人暮らしの方などもおられたので、大変喜んでおられました。
利用者の福祉の為にもなるアプリを作成して下さり、貴社の働きに心から感謝申し上げます。
これから、まだ終息が不透明な中で、このアプリを存分に利用させて頂き、このコロナ禍を乗り切っていきたいと思います。 ありがとうございます。

待合室、UI、急な仕様変更などの問題
iPad 9.7インチ 第6世代を使用しています。
問題点はまず、一回で起動できない点です。
アイコンをタップして起動しようとすると、ずっと読み込み画面になり全くログインできません。
タスクを消してもう一度開くとログインできます。
これは毎回起動時に起こります。
次に、アップデート後、急に仕様が大きく変更されることが度々ありますが、いつも仕様の説明などがないので非常に不親切です。
特に、待合室が追加された時などは勝手がわからなかったので、通話画面が表示されるまでずっと待っていました。
相手側も映像が映らないので、ミーティングを退出してまたかけ直してという繰り返しでした。
仕事で使っているのでこれは非常に困ります。
そして一番の問題点は使い勝手の悪いUIデザインです。
例えば、私はいつも参加人数が多い会議を開くので、待合室の設定を解除します。
しかしこの待合室が、解除するためにはタップを２回しなければならないので面倒です。
これが一度設定すれば記憶する仕様ならいいのですが、毎回会議を開くたびに同じ操作をしなければならないので使うのが億劫です。
またこれはデスクトップ版でも同様です。
このような使いにくい仕様は他にも色々あるので、小さいストレスが溜まります。
会社で使うように言われているので仕方なく使っていますが、本当はSkypeを使いたいです。
Skypeよりもいい点は、画質がいい点、最近の使用者が多い点ぐらいですかね。
なぜこのソフトを皆好んで使っているのか理解できません。
