Open the app and the first thing you see is a dreamlike, parallel universe where roly-poly characters encourage you to get up and move. If you don’t and stay seated, they fall asleep.
Unlock new characters by completing the app’s challenges. Stand up at least once every hour and you’ll be visited by little blue critters. Tap them to receive gems, which you can then use to unlock new scenes.
