Taking time for reflection might seem incongruent with our fast-paced societies, but we all deserve some moments of peace. Meditopia has a wide range of sessions that can help you with everything from relieving stress to merely slowing things down.

What we love:
Building personalised routines by adding sessions to your favourites. If you want to make meditation a daily habit, but sometimes skip sessions when life is moving too fast, setting up notifications can be the helpful reminder to set aside that time.

Quick tip: If you’re a beginner, try Foundations sessions to learn about the cornerstones of meditation. Meditopia works with the Health app, so you can track your mindfulness minutes – and take pride in your progress. Meditating for at least three 10-minute sessions per week is recommended to get the ball rolling.

Meet the creator: Founded in 2017, Istanbul–based studio Yedi70 also developed Meditopia Yoga. Their apps aim to improve happiness by slowing down and strengthening mental wellbeing.
