The AIM Well Healthy Living Guide connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from AIM Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.
