Review
Shipping with them from the us to kenya is very easy and convincing and the time frames are maintained but if you’re planning to ship from china I wouldn’t recommend been waiting for my package for a month now and there is no communication

I used their services just once and that was enough.
They received my goods and somewhere between receiving the goods and delivering them to me they lost one of the items. They then refused to accept that they received the item that they had lost (even though all the items were already wrapped together). They were willing to reimburse me for 50% of the item’s worth, but since we came to that agreement it has been a month and there has been no reimbursement.
Not to mention that they lost my parcel, and found that it had been re-routed to Ghana instead of Kenya! It had become a game of cat and mouse where one representative tells me my parcel has shipped out of Canada and another telling me there is no record of my parcel.
It took over 4 months for me to get my parcel, even though they advertise that you will get your parcel in 2 weeks.
