People here in Mombasa don’t know more about bolt we are only supported by outsiders,we request for a high advertisement in Mombasa before December holiday,in Mombasa only advertisement in every corner will improve our work as drivers orders are very low,we are depressed out here

Drivers score problem
It’s so unfortunate that despite being given a valid reason as to why the driver did not respond to a call you still reduce the score. Again why do you guys reduce drivers score when the client canceled the trip sometime they cancel not because we fail to move towards them but because of the distance we have to cover to reach them and may be they are in a hurry then they need to reorder but because you people are just mean you just deduct the score.
