Acceptance score
My acceptance score it have been reduce yet all those decline requests received was still on a rider with clients… where by can’t accept ride and eventually it will be cancelled by secondary customer as im on another ride
Auto-accept
Removing the auto-accept mode has made it difficult to accept requests
Because sometimes u might using the map then a request comes and u fail accept it in time, which later affects the activity score
Please bring back the auto-accept mode
Well done
It’s working quite well, can’t complain. But you should make the rerouted trips bill the customer automatically without having to add another destination as an option
