I have tried the new app today. I expected delivery to take long as usual but I was surprised when my order arrived in under an hour! Great improvement on the services. Keep it up DAD
THE WORST APP!! DO NOT USE!!
I ordered some food using this app and was even promoted to make a payment which I did. After waiting for a whole hour I was told the establishment that needs to deliver my food had closed. There is no where within the app that triggers or captures this information. I called the service center- this is where things get even more worse- you have to wait for 5 WORKING DAYS to get your money back!! The supervisor was absolutely not helpful and cannot do any refunds in fact they make it seem that you are to blame for making the order late and try to educate you on the process of ordering food!! This is an app should everything be automated and work efficiently? Please keep away from this app and use more efficient apps like UBER EATS where processes are stream lined and service is absolutely amazing!!
Great service
Works well even in bad scenarios. When they sent my order missing some items, the support was very fast and effective in solving issues. My correct order was delivered with no problems
