Description

DrGreen is an app that helps you identifying most common diseases in vegetable crops.

Welcome to DrGreen a Syngenta Seeds app to help growers with the identification of most common vegetable diseases. DrGreen provides handy information about diseases causal agents, symptoms, transmission and control, in a user-friendly format. The list of diseases has been curated by our seed production pathologists to represent the most common pests identified by our worldwide growers’ network. Although originally designed for our internal seed production teams, we decided to make it now freely available to the public as well. The first version focuses on pepper diseases and will be expanded soon to include other vegetables crops like watermelon, broccoli, cauliflower and cucumber.

Some of the highlights of the DrGreen app are:

Pepper disease module including 41 diseases with a gallery of more than 300 images.
Easy to navigate menu where the user can choose the part of the plant where the symptoms appear.
The app has been designed to host other vegs crops like watermelon, cauliflower, broccoli, and cucumber.
Users can submit pictures to improve our gallery and upon approval they will be uploaded into to the app.
