Cant get beyond verification
I have been using the app for a while.. i changed phones and needed the app on my new phone unfortunately im unable to finish the process as the app says the account already exists.. this is false cause I dont have any other instance active.. ive tried calling customer care and arent helpful at all.. please assist

We have a new version out - 2.5.0.
Kindly update and let us know if the issue persists.
The app has really improved but I only have 2 issues.
1. The landing page/start takes too long to load with all the animation. It just needs to have the new bank logo and go straight to the login.
2. When transferring to mobile money especially, you have to click a couple of times to select the contact. The delay is quite a lot
App stopped working
You people have locked me out of my account through mobile app, left customer care agents who keep offering a solution that is untenable, I mean how do you ask a client to clear all their data from an app that manages their money????
You then went on holiday, I have people to pay, things to do....how irresponsible of you????!!
Then all your customer care agent is telling me is that there is nothing she can do, after wasting my airtime!!!! WTH????
