The ESH CARE app uses Apple Health to display your daily steps and empowers you to better manage your health.
Using ESH CARE with the Apple Health app on iPhone empowers you to better manage your health. You will see a consolidated view of all your health data, including data from ESH CARE, so you can track your progress in one convenient place.
It is an initial framework for a range of Health Awareness applications sponsored by the SIIA, European Society of Hypertension and YouCo in order to raise the awareness on the silent killer hypertension. The scope of this simple app is to easily record and keep track of you blood pressure and share with the medical staff that is helping you to better monitor your condition.
Additionally the app has a handy medicine reminder alarm timer so you always know when and what medicine to take and an information portal with tips and hints on how to keep hypertension under control with diet, exercise and other useful info specifically studied by the SIIA & European Society of Hypertension.
