My booking of Montebelo Indy Maputo
On 17th May while coming for Beira I booked and paid using your app for a hotel in Maputo, A message came to me that booking was not successful so I booked again only to realize that the money went through twice. I raised the complaint on checking out but to date it is not yet resolved. That is why am not likeLy to use your app again.
Overcharging and Insincere Reviews
My last booking for my trip to Burundi I was over charged. I complained and the client relations person that I spoke to was pretending not to understand what I was saying just to avoid addressing my issue. Until now, two weeks later nobody has reviewed the conversation or reached out to me to check on the status of my report, even though it was never resolved. This is very unfortunate, for a service that limits people interaction, you should know better to ensure that when your system fails you need humans with understanding and logic to quickly resolve the issues that arise.
I have used Expedia for more than 5years and this was my worst experience, considering that I have been referring people to Expedia because of my previous smooth experience.
On arrival at the facility, I found that the facility has degenerated in standards and Expedia continues to rank them as quality accommodation.
You should stop cheating and robbing users of your platform.
