Poorest customer service
I’ve been using this app for my shopping until they charged me for an order they didn’t deliver. I’ve tried raising the issue through the app, nothing was done, note even an acknowledgment of my complaint. Their office phone in Nairobi doesn’t go through. I’m very frustrated, I was charged for a service I did not receive
Terrible App Experience & Service
It took 2.5hrs to get my food! 😩 The restaurant I ordered from is 15mins away. I couldn’t find a customer service number and had to stick to the app chatbot which kept hanging and logging me off. I had 2 different customer service agents during this time. The first couldn’t care less and gave me generic responses to my queries. The 2nd tried his best. The food arrived cold and the worst part I couldn’t leave a proper review on the app because it’s only functionality is 👎👍. What is that??? I need to feel heard!!! Wah!!! It was only my 2nd time using the app but trust and believe I won’t be using it again. The app is not user friendly. There’s no real way to reach out for assistance should you experience an issue and had started to believe I would lose my cash because I foolishly paid via M-PESA before the order. Lesson learnt. Please upgrade your app to a more customer friendly version and have a customer service number for claims because it is not fun worrying about your order. Thanks.
Horrible customer service
So I tried to place an order and I was paying with their tingg online Africa payment method and I paid however their system didn’t register it so I tried reaching out for customer support, which by the way I’d really difficult on their app there no real way to get proper support unlike their competitors, that didn’t work so they essentially just took my money and didn’t even try to answer my calls for help.
Seriously, how can a a deliver service not have customer service so shady their competitors have really good customer support (wish I just order from them instead)
So I’m never gonna use this piece of crap app again
