The HOPE SG mobile application is brought to you by National University Health System (NUHS), exclusively for participants of the Healthy living with Online suPport & Education (HOPE) study. The HOPE SG app is designed to provide participants a healthy lifestyle programme with a more engaging and interactive study experience.
The top features of the programme include:
• 24-week sessions supported by best evidence research guidelines.
• Motivational tools to help initiate and maintain selected self-care behaviour.
• Insights to adopt a healthy lifestyle and achieve priorities for living well.
• Trackers to track and monitor progress.
• Food database to help explore healthy food options and dietary tips.
We also connect to your Apple HealthKit to improve your tracking experience using this app. Do note that the access to your step count is solely for your tracking purposes and we DO NOT collect or record your data.
