I seem to be getting less variation on a product each time i open my notifications tab since its the same as the last notification on the previous day/the day before.
Accessing the notifications tab is also a bit cumbersome as it is too far, I would lastly, recommend that sellers who receive negative reviews be given a time period when flagged before being completely disallowed from distributing products. This could help mitigate some buyer and seller disputes like false pricing and selling goods they do not own.
Other than that i enjoy the app 👍🏽

I recently had a highly frustrating experience with the Jiji online marketplace app. After paying for a promotion of my ad, I waited for four days, only to find that the promotion had not been applied. When I reached out to the support team for help, they completely ignored my messages, especially after I requested reimbursement. To make matters worse, when I contacted M-Pesa for a reversal of the payment, the person they referred me to, named Donald, was rude, unprofessional, and even laughed when I told him to stop eating while speaking with me. I strongly advise against purchasing single ad promotions on Jiji, as this inconvenience and lack of responsiveness from the support team and reimbursement contact, Donald, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter such issues and unprofessional behavior, and I hope that Jiji takes this feedback seriously to improve their customer service and prevent others from experiencing similar frustrations.

I like the improved user interface. Like that you can now view sellers and buyers profile. Having one problem though, I'm not receiving notifications from the app when I get a message from buyer/seller regardless of whether i have them turned on. Fix this for five stars.
