Really bad Support services

I lost access to my account yesterday night (I was hacked) and Instagram have been NO HELP AT ALL in my quest to get back my account and the more time goes by the more likely the hacker will delete all my content which I have built over YEARS! We can’t email. The contact center is asking me to contact IG from the account that I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO! The support number ISN’T GOING THROUGH and If it wasn’t evident enough I am a very unhappy customer!

Not able to add multiple photos

I don’t know why I am not able to add multiple photos like I was before, is this a new feature or malfunction on IG? I just had to compile my photos in photo grid to create an album. Also, I find that the number of followers are not added on real time each time someone follows me, the number stays the same, what’s up with that? Can somebody get back to me on the said issues ASAP. Regards.

Sharing of a post from a page that I like to my story and no filters when on video call.

Hi I have been trying to repost something on to my story from a page I like and can never do it. Another issue is that whenever I’m on a video call everyone has the option to add filters but I can’t what is going on? I’ve tried to install and uninstall but nothing works can you sort this out for me
