LOOP - Discover, Pay, Grow 4+

I've been using the Loop app, and overall, it's been a reliable platform for managing my finances. The user interface is intuitive, and transactions have been smooth. However, one notable area for improvement is the withdrawal options.

While the app offers various withdrawal methods, it would greatly enhance user experience if Airtel Money were included as an option. As a user, having the flexibility to withdraw funds to Airtel Money would not only align with popular preferences but also cater to a broader user base incase Mpesa is down. I hope the developers consider this feedback to make the app even more versatile and user-friendly in future updates.

A lot of the added features have reduced the enjoyable aura the previous app design had. It looks messy and hard on the eye; the new color scheme is horrendous & the UI looks cheap and poorly made.

With the previous version, it looked neat and inviting to use. Sometimes I’d open the app just to look at it and explore the settings and features. Nowadays I almost forget that it exists because of how tedious and complicated it had become to use.

The old app wasn’t “broke” but you decided to fix it anyway. In my opinion, the move from Mastercard to Visa, and the rebranding of the debit card, shouldn’t have interfered with the overall app design and experience.

Fire the ux/ui designer they picked the
design for 5 dollars of fiver or something cos it is horrible. A horrible color scheme for a banking app try to be minimal and don’t overwhelm the customer most of the new things added don’t function and are not useful to the customer infact it has led to less usage from me was only using your bank because of ease of use I could hold small sums of money and spend easily substituting mpesa in my day to day life but your services are slow and the customer experience is just disappointing I'm currently banking elsewhere and im just disappointed with loop ncba should just shut it down rather than cut so many corners
