User Experience!
Please look into the App to enable the following:
Allow me to type an alternative adress instead of giving me the inbuilt by Google maps as my only options, my specific adress isn’t listed
Allow me to change number for recipient in my existing adress without necessarily changing the whole adress, if I’m delivering to difffent guests then I have to keep changing my whole adress!!!!
Send OTP to me, as the one registered in the App, you have my default details dna No. Instead you pick the recipient’s number for OTP yet I’m not there and I’m the one shopping so I have to call them to give me the OTP-makes absolutely no sense, vend be disturbing my gusted or housekeeper to stay standby for an OTP…and it makes the UX/UJ inconvenient and unfriendly.
The App is also unfuncyinla for some stuff—simple user journey/UX issues. E.g. I wanted to change the phone No. to mine and when I did, the “DONE” button disappeared and I had to start afresh.
This is an amazing App meant for convenience & effortless shopping, pls make it so.

This 👇 was rectified and I can now use the app. Thanks so much for taking the time to sort out my problem.
A great app until the latest update a few days ago. Now the app automatically crashes when you touch anything on it. No much help from the customer service people on this. Kindly fix it. We’d love to continue using Carrefour.
