Very bad user experience
Easily the worst user experience I have had on an iOS app. One cannot cancel a ride if the driver is too far, the driver also cannot cancel a ride once its requested, payment via card isn’t working, forget password doesn’t send a password reset link to my email, pricing is wildly inconsistent. Also couldn’t find a customer care number. The cars and drivers were awesome though.
App Errors
App giving errors when requesting rides, password reset doesn’t work, and customer care never respond to emails. The cars and drivers are great, though.
Your 1010 number doesn’t work with call bundles and one has to top up to call for a ride.
Please fix your app issues ASAP, it’s frustrating.

This is just horrible,it’s been over one month and the app won’t open on my phone , I have deleted and reinstalled it over 10 times and it won’t work .I can’t get a move now
