Not user friendly
OTP is being sent to another number that ain’t mine. There’s no option to update or change the mobile number. Also include a tab or button to navigate “back” while using the app.
Complain
I did not get any treatment yesterday simple because my Nhif has refused to select the hospital it keep showing that of my son i need to hospital today please do something
Cannot go back
Once you enter the app in some sections there is no back button. Therefore, you become stuck so you have to uninstall then install again which is frustrating.
