Annoying updates all the time
The routine updates are so annoying. You update almost every month or something. Can one have peace using your app ???
Be advised about this app and the co. Using it
This app systematically make you to attempt multiple payment attempts and it seems like your attempts have failed, but what it does is it is deducting the amount from your bank account and once it did that the people at their contact center first tell you that this hasn’t can’t happened and ask you to bring them proofs that this actually has happened and when you do provide them with the needed proof they will rudely tell you that they have received the payment and you can’t do anything about it and tell you if you want you can stop your subscription and they will not make any refund nor any adjestemet on your remaining viewing date.I think this application is purposeful created to scam money from peoples bank account. If their is any one who speak Amharic and from Ethiopia I have the voice record of their contact center people saying the above by the way very rudely and the bank records and the payment record from the app and other related evidences that this app is a scam I will send any one who will ask for this evidences.
MyDSTV app not available on Samsung Smart TV
My Samsung tv does not have MyDSTV app among its apps and the DSTV app is not updated so does not provide all episodes of catch up programmes e.g the Block model of TV is Samsung UA50TU8000UXKE kindly Multichoice update your apps on the Samsung apps store
