Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality - citizen self help application developed by Compumade (Pty) Ltd.

This application offers a convenient easy to use platform for registered NMBM IVR customers. To register contact 041 506 5555 to speak to an agent who will provide you with the necessary forms and information.

The current features that are available are:
-Pre-paid electricity purchases
-Account payments
-Balance enquiries
-Meter readings (allows clients to enter their own accurate readings)
-Statement requests
-Signup
-Pin reset
-Report incidents (Assist NMBM by identifying incidents around the metro)
-IDP input (Integrated Development Plan - Residents are able to submit comments that will assist in the future development and improvement program)
-Customer survey
-Housing
-Report fraud and crime
