Appealing my blocked account
Someone wanted to buy coins and asked for payment details(name & phone number)which I gave them after I few seconds he kept on pushing me to release the coins even though I didn’t receive any payment. He later on started a dispute, I’m still new on the platform so he went ahead and took an edited screenshot and sent,I took a screen recorder and showed all my yesterday transactions even requested for a mini-statement and his name didn’t appear. This dispute was solved while I was asleep and I didn’t get time to defend myself, I woke up and saw my account has been permanently banned.
I think this matter should be taken into consideration and I feel bad being blocked. I need help and any information that will get my account back I will submit with honesty.

Transacting Ethereum
I bought some ether coins the other day but cannot sell them. Every time I touch sell on the Ether option, it takes me to Sell Bitcoin. I have also noted I cannot buy Ether coins. Everything else is fine. Maybe you should look into what the problem might be.
