Issues and bugs

Kindly fix the manual transmission esp the clutch once the car is engaged in a gear and clutch is not engaged and the car stops it should turn off the engine
2. When you overtake close to a police stop you are fined yet the cop is at an opposite lane
3. Handling sometimes is soo poor
4. Fuel consumption on SUV is constantly high no matter a light foot down
5. Drifting should be disabled for awd and fwd cars the same way you did well in disabling taking missions of offroad events without an SUV
