Description
RIED is an app for practicing and improving our sight reading skills.
Sight reading is basically the ability of reading and performing music that is completely new to us. The app has 3 main buttons for their configuration on the left side of the screen. They are called Measure, Rhythm and Melody.
The first very basic setup is done by following two simple steps. If this is the first time that we use the app, the Measure button should be selected. Otherwise, just press the left button named Measure. Here we can choose the type of measure. For the second step, we need to press the button rhythm and then select at least one of the posible rhythms. For this example, we are going to choose quarter note and quarter rest. Now, we can see those selections in a music sheet by pressing the play button on the right side of the app.
