Not able to log in despite paying for my subscription
I paid for my Showmax subscription and I am unable to log into my account ! Is this day light robbery or what ?
Title: Disappointing Upgrade
I recently experienced the upgraded version of Showmax, and unfortunately, it has left me thoroughly disappointed. The shows I was in the middle of watching, like 'Younger,' have mysteriously disappeared, leaving me in the dark about the fate of the characters I had grown attached to. The lack of continuity is frustrating; I now find myself having to guess where I left off in the remaining shows. It's a significant inconvenience that has made my viewing experience far less enjoyable. Showmax, in its previous form, was working well for me, and the recent changes have only led to confusion and frustration. This upgrade has cost Showmax a subscriber, as I can no longer justify staying on a platform that has disrupted my viewing habits without providing a seamless transition. It's a shame that what was once a reliable streaming service has lost its appeal due to unnecessary changes.
No screen share option
This was available in the previous app allowing you to mirror your showmax from device to larger screen. Disappointed that feature has been omitted
