guitar workout. Applying the same principles as in the 7 minute workout

The app will help you improve your technique and increase your skill
level when you practice using the 7 specific exercises every day. Each
exercise helps you to develop more refined and precise playing, focusing
on synchronizing the left and right hands, string skipping, and
improving your accuracy on the guitar.

beginner or an advanced player. You can play all exercises in our
suggested sequence or, if you want, since each exercise is independent
of the others, you can choose the order of the exercises and practice in
