Zero is amazing!

I’ve watched my mum struggle with cancer for the last 4 years, and have become very interested in cell health and Autophagy for that reason. I wanted to learn more about fasting for Autophagy (typically longer fasts) and this app gives me the motivation to go for it, and is extremely helpful to be able to track it. It also makes the long fasts less lonely! Like having a buddy to check in with. I love it, 500 stars!

I stated using this app a few days ago to help me focus and reduce my weight. On the 16 hour fast session system I have gained mental clarity. My skin is glowing (Due to the water intake). The benefits out way the the milliseconds it takes to download. The other added benefit is the in app addition information on fasting and general health. This app should be a paid app in my opinion.
