Добрый день.
В iPhone/iPad два уровня громкости - системный(он же уровень громкости музыки) и уровень громкости звонка. Программа использует первый. Вы его убавили очень сильно.
Смахивание вверх на основном экране устройства и там отрегулируйте его.
1. Убедитесь, что динамик на основном экране приложения включен.
2. Убедитесь, что звуковой выход в настройках, в основных настройках соответствует вашим условиям.
3. Затем зайдите в настройки приложения, в основные настройки, в “Звуковой выход” и переключая его туда-сюда приложение будет проговаривать тестовую фразу. Убедитесь, что громкость повысилась.
4. Делая то, что описано в пункте 3, в момент проговаривания, вы также можете менять громкость боковыми кнопками телефона или планшета.
