Description

Self-awareness and experience reflection are rightly becoming essential elements of greater emotional intelligence and mood regulation.

Art of Mood will help you to reflect on your every day's moods, feelings and emotions using a broad range of photographs. Those pictures will serve you as prompt metaphors to develop a thoughtful or humorous look at your day.

This picturesque diary will be your aid to symbolically look at your current time as well as time travel back using your created trail of pictures into your past week, month and eventually a year.

Currently, we offer a free app with four categories for you to choose: animals, nature fractals, trees and textures. Each day you will be given a seven-item careful selection of pictures, which broadly represents various moods and feelings, from anger to sadness to more complex experiences. Art therapist and coaching psychologist, having worked with groups and individuals using creative expressions, has selected the pictures based on the most common groups of moods and emotions.

Once you choose the best representation of your mood, by clicking you will be able to save it to your virtual mood path, that with each day will get longer. On the backside of your chosen card, you will be able to add your words, sentences or reflections to remind yourself why you have chosen a particular picture.

To reflect your past flow, click any of the pictures to reveal the date and keywords or phrases.

We are working to create a more complex version with more options and choices. Hence, your opinions and suggestions matter to us a lot.
