Poor support team
My issue started on 08/01/2021 related to tether has not been resolved yet. Your operator,Denis, replied me on 08/10/2021 and sent me instructions on how to recover my funds. I followed all instructions but my funds are still not recovered. I am very disappointed with your support team caused it has been a month since I reported my issue. Now, none of your support team replies to my messages. Every day of your ignorance costs me money and time. We are still waiting for your assistance. Please take some actions to solve my problem as soon as possible
