With the app version of CoverManager, you can access the main functionalities of our CoverBookings and CoverOnTheGo solutions, allowing you to manage your reservations, waiting lists, and walk-ins quickly and easily.



We have designed a versatile application to be used during the service, to make things easier for you and your team.



Reservation and Waiting List Management
Centralize all your reservations and waiting lists in one place, allowing you to consult them all at once and take specific actions. You can search for reservations of the day, sort and filter them according to your needs, and access the complete details of each table, including reservation tracking. Additionally, you can change the status, copy and edit reservations, or contact customers directly from the app and request a credit card for the cancellation policy. When you do not have availability, you can add clients to the waiting list and notify them when you do, or search for availability at other times.


Walk-ins and CoverOnTheGo Management
Manage unreserved clients efficiently with the CoverManager app. Take the data from the walk-ins and assign them a table to leave their record in the system, ensuring complete control of all reservations. In addition, CoverOnTheGo (COTG) helps you automate the queue at the door for customers who do not have a reservation. You can open and close the COTG landing page to manage availability in real-time and allow customers to easily check in, receiving notifications when their tables are ready. This functionality ensures a seamless experience and optimized queue management.


QR reader for reservations
Use the QR code reader functionality to manage guest arrivals, quickly view their reservation details, modify information if necessary, and ensure they are seated at their tables efficiently. This system simplifies the registration process, reduces waiting times, and optimizes the workflow in your restaurant.



Restaurant Management
The CoverManager app allows you to view the floor plan of your room in real-time. You can change days and shifts using an intuitive calendar and adjust available hours and shifts based on demand. The note flow and shift summary allow you to keep all important information in one place, making it easier to manage and coordinate your team to ensure that each service is carried out efficiently.


App functionalities

Our safe login with two-factor authentication guarantees the security of your data, while significant notifications keep you up to date with everything that happens in your restaurant.
