Some improvements are made, but still lots of work to do
Hey, I really appreciate that you joined personal and business accounts. It alone made my life much easier. But what I really want now is:
- an ability to edit my templates
- an ability to close my accounts
- absence of stupid limitations. Why can’t I pay the same amount for my mobile in 24 hours? What’s the reason behind that?
- an ability to manage my limits
Back old design
Previous design was more comfortable. Despite new updates this one is complicated.

Awful design
I didn't like your new design. The old one was cool if compare with current. New design look old fashioned and not well done. I believe you that you can do more beautiful and comfortable then it. And some advice from me: Hear your users. I think your Bank wants to be one of the top Banks in Kyrgyzstan right? So I think one of the stepts in that way create more comfortable, stable, beautiful app then your competitors. I hope we see a new redesign soon.
