Language
The app itself is okay, but English translation is awful. Have to guess what the developers meant 50% of the time. I tried to switch to another language, but there’s no such feature in the app.
UPD:
It’s better to lower the “guarantee payment” for returning users. The first deposit still can be higher. I have enough balance for a short ride, but I can't go any further without topping up my balance to 200+ KGS.
Also 1-hour tariff didn’t work for me. I was charged the same as for the per-minute ride.

We apologize for the inconvenience, the application automatically adapts to the language of the smartphone (if supported), there are no manual changes in the interface. The translation into Kyrgyz has been made, try it :)
UPD: Temporary retention of funds is a prerequisite for confirming solvency. In order to use the hourly tariff and any other, you need to find the one you are interested in in the carousel of tariffs and click on it once.

Благодарим за отзыв, свяжемся с партнёрами, чтобы уточнить причины и обязательно устраним это недоразумение. Если у вас включены международные звонки, авторизацию можно пройти с помощью звонка, ваш вызов будет сброшен ранее 3 секунд.
Не рекомендую никому!
Проблемы возникли сразу при попытке зарегистрироваться в приложении. На указанный мною номер смс не приходит. А второй способ подтверждения тоже не работает. Имеется ввиду кнопка «позвонить» идёт набор номера и электронный голос в трубке говорит что «Набранный номер не существует»
И смысл указывать не рабочий номер?
Так же нет никакой возможности на этапе подтверждения связаться с тех. Поддержкой. Вам нужно зайти на их сырой сайт, где половина кнопок не работает (телеграмм) и там искать куда же вам нужно написать или позвонить.
Кстати говоря, пробовали с двух разных операторов и устройств.
Не выпускайте сырой продукт, если оно ещё не готово. И рекламу подобного продукта расцениваю как обман пользователей.
