Version 3.1.0

Release v3.1.0 introduces several changes and improvements to the App :-
1. Updated React Native with debugging enhancements, stable symlink support, and new Metro configuration.
2. Added support for the latest iOS version 17.4.1 or greater.
3. Fixed an issue where custom field values were not displaying on the ticket details page.
4. Implemented the selection of various media types and files for ticket attachments.
