Bank issue not solved in 4 months 😔

I want to tell you that this is a very slow bank and the operations are very bad. My money is stuck in this bank for four months and I have also submitted a request to unfreeze my money but it is not making any difference. I have also tried to get help online but no one is helping me for 4 months. I am not getting any response. Every time I ask them for a response they say wait. I have been to the bank many times but they say we don't know anything. We don't know. Your request is under consideration but it has been four months and nothing has been done yet. Positive or negative, no response, no result. They don't even want to help international people here as banking officers. I have to say with regret that please do not use this bank, especially international ones. Be careful.😔
