1. Record vital signs and symptoms.
2. Save a copy and share with care team.
3. Use the message portal to communicate with your care team anytime.
MelioHealth seamlessly integrates with the Apple Health app, allowing you to effortlessly monitor your vital signs. Grant access to Apple HealthKit, and MelioHealth will automatically fetch and analyze your vital signs, providing you with valuable health insights

Version 1.2
Thanks for using MelioHealth. We have worked hard to improve the app and added some new features.
Here's what changed:
• Add medications
• Add CAT score (COPD Assessment Test)
• Add ACT score (Asthma Control Test)
• Connect the app to wearable devices. This helps capture vital signs automatically You store all the above data and share it with your providers.
And lastly, we improved app performance and fixed some bugs.
