We use ARKit to capture face 3D spatial orientation and facial expressions
- We collect this information when verifying users on our platform, per regulation we are mandated to verify users using our platform. During our verification process a user is required to prove that they are a real person and are the owner of any identity information provided to us, we use data captured using the TrueDepth API data to ensure the selfie being taken is of a live user for authentication and fraud reduction purposes
- The data is stored and processed entirely locally on the user's device and the spatial orientation/facial expression data is not submitted to any third parties nor do we store or use the data after the user has completed verification
- In our privacy policy under the section 'Information You Provide to Us' at the point labelled 'ii' we declare that we collect face 3D spatial orientation and facial expressions. In our privacy policy under the section 'How We Use Your Information' under point 'iii' we specify why we collect this information and that we process the data locally and do not share it outside the user's device.
