Hey! Sorry for any conversion issues you've run into... let's try and get things working again! Please try going to your device settings - general - background app refresh - scroll to Sweatcoin app and ensure it’s turned ON. Even if it's on, please toggle the switch off and on again, as this sometimes does the trick!
