Description
机台编号和工单编号打印成条码供扫码识别、先扫机台条码、再扫描工单条码。默认机器当前状态是生产中，若是其他异常状态请选择其他状态。机台、工单、生产状态形成机台生产状况表。另外机台配置生产模次（射胶信号）采集模块采集机器的生产数量，来统计工单的累计生产模次，每时段的生产模次和标准产能对比，管理实际的生产效能。超过工单模次进行预警功能，避免不必要的超产。工单累计的生产模次和工单入库数量对比，达成产品良率。
